To apply for a NATSN VIP Gold card on-line you need to meet the following 3 requirements.

1. You currently have a NATSN Silver VIP card.
2. Your Silver card has earned 5000 or more points.
3. You have a current E-mail address.

If you have met the above requirements
complete the following application. Your application will
be forwarded to the NATSN corporate office for processing.
